Her regimen for staying active includes her involvement in her local church, volunteer efforts at the Fayetteville CVB, participation in a program at Curves of Oak Hill, and volunteer efforts at her daughter’s gift shop, Wisteria’s Gifts, and at Raleigh General Hospital. The 84-year-old said a better diet has helped improve her health as well.
