Fayetteville’s Rita Price, at right, was chosen as the winner of the cruiser decal contest for the town of Fayetteville’s newest police car. The contest, held in October, invited local residents to design a new decal for the city’s police car and the design submitted by Price was chosen. Pictured is the FPD’s new vehicle with Price’s winning design. Honorable mention went to Melissa Kincaid, Mike Roles, and Diana Coleman for their designs. “We would like to extend a thank you to the art teachers and students at Fayetteville High School and Fayetteville Elementary School for their entries as well,” a FPD spokesperson said in a press release. “There were many great pieces of artwork submitted. Thank you all for your time and effort and for sharing your talent with us.”
