Della Caldwell, 95, of Oak Hill, recalls her days as a Rosie the Riveter, working at the U.S. Naval Ordnance Plant, now known as the Ordnance Center, in Charleston during World War II. Caldwell helped produce rockets, torpedo flasks and gun barrels for battleships during her stint.
