After Housh was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes at age 50, the doctor advised his to add vegetables and healthier snacks to his diet. Joining the Face-to-Face program offered by his insurance company, the Public Employees Insurance Agency, also gave Housh a sense of awareness and accountability and encouraged him to improve his health.
