Water Stone Outdoors in Fayetteville decorated one of its windows following the announcement in November that Fayette County will become the permanent home for the National Scout Jamboree and “The Summit: Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve” will be constructed on land previously chosen for one of the Boy Scouts’ four high adventure bases.
