Christmas parade is scheduled for Dec. 12

“Fairytales of Christmas” is the theme of the 2013 Oak Hill Christmas parade, set this year for Thursday, Dec. 12 at 6 p.m.

Since it is an evening parade, the organizers request that each entry has some type of lighting in order to be well seen. Santa Claus will be hosted by the city, so organizers request no additional Santa entries.

The parade route runs from the memorial park west on Main Street, then on to Jones Avenue and Bibb Street into the City Park.
