The Fayette County Health Department has released scores of inspections conducted during May of food service establishments and retail food stores.
Scoring for the inspections is by critical and noncritical violations. Critical violations are given to incidences that relate directly to the protection of the public from food-borne illnesses and are not negotiable and must be corrected immediately.
