Inspection scores released

The Fayette County Health Department released ratings for its most recent series of inspections conducted in December.

The scoring system for the examinations of food service establishments and retail food stores is by critical and noncritical violations. Critical violations are given to incidences that relate directly to the protection of the public from food-borne illnesses and are not negotiable and must be corrected immediately.
