The Fayette County Health Department has released a list of food service establishments and retail food stores and the ratings they received during inspections conducted during November.
Scoring is by critical and noncritical violations. Critical violations are given to incidences that relate directly to the protection of the public from food-borne illnesses and are not negotiable and must be corrected immediately.
