Talking higher education


CHARLESTON — West Virginia Delegate Mary Poling, D-Barbour, left, speaks with Dr. Patrick Crane, director of policy and strategic initiatives for the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission, following the Sept. 23 meeting at the state Capitol in Charleston of the state Legislature’s Select Committee on Outcomes-Based Funding Models in Higher Education. Dr. Crane spoke about the state’s remedial education process during the meeting.
