Fayette County grand jury returns indictments

Indictments have been returned for the January term of the Fayette County grand jury. Those named must report as noted below for arraignment.

The following individuals are to report Jan. 23 at 9 a.m. in the courtroom of the Fayette County Courthouse before  Fayette County Circuit Court Judge John W. Hatcher Jr. for arraignment.

Robert J. Alexander, third offense driving under the influence of alcohol; obstructing an officer

Jeremy S. Arbogast, third offense driving under the influence of alcohol; driving under the influence of alcohol while having an unemancipated minor in the vehicle; failure to maintain insurance

Ashley N. Billips, embezzlement

Terrance A. Booker, third or subsequent offense domestic battery, 2 counts

Anthony M. Brown, failure to register a change of address as required of a sex offender required to register for life

Melinda S. Burdette, forgery, 9 counts; uttering, 2 counts

Ronald D. Davis, driving under the influence of alcohol; third offense driving under the influence of alcohol by driving with blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 by weight; driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol

Ryan R. Dodd, conspiracy to commit a felony; operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory

Abraham D. Ennis, conspiracy to commit a felony; operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory

Emily S. Murra, conspiracy to commit a felony; operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory

Daniel C. Price, conspiracy to commit a felony; operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory

Angalique D. Ramsey, conspiracy to commit a felony; operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory

Michael W. Ford, cruelty to animals, 7 counts

Gaylord K. Lane, sexual assault in the third degree, 2 counts; sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in position of trust to a child, 2 counts

Carl E. Pauley, sexual assault in the first degree, 2 counts; incest, 2 counts; sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in position of trust to a child, 2 counts; attempted sexual abuse in the first degree, 3 counts; unlawful assault; child abuse resulting in injury

Tyler G. Randall, grand larceny; driving under the influence of alcohol; driving without a license; failure to maintain control
