County Health Department releases scores for September

The Fayette County Health Department conducts monthly inspections of food service establishments and retail food stores.

The scoring system is by critical and noncritical violations. Critical violations are given to incidences that relate directly to the protection of the public from food-borne illnesses and are not negotiable and must be corrected immediately.

The number of critical and noncritical violations for inspections during the month of September are listed below. An asterisk (*) denotes a reinspection and correction of violations.
