2. 1117.06 Notice to Removal by City — consideration of amendment(s), 2nd reading

3. 361.99 (b) penalty — consideration of amendment(s), 2nd reading

4. 361.07 (c) Abandoned and junk vehicles — consideration of amendment(s), 2nd reading

New business

1. Structural Inspection Board recommendations

A. Former apartment building located on the NW corner of School Street and Central Avenue

B. Block structure in front of the former Basham’s Salvage Yard, East Main Street

C. Structure located on the west or right side of 112 Roberts Avenue

2. Elimination of handicap parking area on Central Avenue and near City Hall

3. Planning Commission recommendation: LC-32-14-1 Rezone 6 lots at Country Club Village to allow the construction of 12 town house units
