— The 22nd annual Mount Hope Jubilee will run Thursday, Oct. 4 through Saturday, Oct. 6.

The Mount Hope Jubilee’s Got Talent talent show will kick off the festivities on Thursday. A $5 fee is required for registration. For more, call Lisa Kinsler at 304-663-8115.

Other activities set for the weekend include the 1st annual Tommy Stafford Memorial Golf Tournament on Friday, and on Saturday, a parade, a car show, a rubber duck race, money wheel, arts and crafts vendors, as well as food vendors, memorabilia displays, hayrides, face painting, yard sales as well as a “Sentimental Journey Prom.”

The Jubilee is honoring Mount Hope area churches, and the parade’s grand marshal is Norville Ellison.
