Casto named to D&E Honor Council

ELKINS — Rebecca Casto has been selected to serve on the Davis & Elkins College Honor Council, a student organization which began this academic year and is designed to promote and support issues of student integrity and equality on campus. Casto was one of 10 students selected by the college’s Student Life staff to serve on the council this academic year.

The D&E Honor Council was created after several students attended a leadership conference at the Virginia Military Institute Center of Leadership and Ethics. The council is dedicated to inspiring honor and honesty among students and is the only student-led hearing panel of its type in the state.

Casto, an environmental science major, is the daughter of Kim and Agnes Casto of Fayetteville.

Related to the Presbyterian Church (USA), Davis & Elkins College is located in Elkins. For more information about D&E, visit www.dewv.edu or call 304-637-1243.
