Fayette County grand jury returns indictments

The Fayette County Grand Jury has handed up a number of indictments for the current term of court.

The following individuals are to report on Friday, Jan. 18, before the Honorable John W. Hatcher Jr., Judge of the Circuit Court of Fayette County, at 1 p.m. in the Courtroom of the Fayette County Courthouse for arraignment.

Adam T. Abbott — charged with fraudulent use of an access device (22 counts)

Tammy A. Alberty — charged with delivery of a controlled substance (2 counts)

Judy L. Sowder — charged with delivery of a controlled substance (2 counts), possession of a firearm by a prohibited person

Michael A. Bays — charged with delivery of a controlled substance

Michael A. Bays — charged with burglary, grand larceny

Jonathan R. Brewer — charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, burglary, petit larceny

Ashley F. Salisbury — charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, burglary, petit larceny

Candice J. Brown, aka Candy Swafford — charged with delivery of a controlled substance

Aaron B. Carte — charged with delivery of a controlled substance (4 counts), possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver

Michael R. Clark — charged with forgery, fraudulent use of an access device

Amber D. Caudill aka Amber D. Clark — charged with forgery, fraudulent use of an access device

Danville W. Daniels — charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, burglary, grand larceny

Donna Ashwood — charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, burglary, grand larceny

Tracy L. Dickerson Jr. — charged with sexual assault in the third degree

Billy E. Elmore — charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, delivery of a controlled substance

Ellen J. Elmore — charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, delivery of a controlled substance

Megan L. Gibson — charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, grand larceny, child neglect creating risk of injury, failure to place child in child passenger safety device, driving while license revoked
