Richard W. Cline

Richard Wayne Cline Sr., 67, of Fayetteville, died April 10, 2013, at home.

Born July 29, 1945, at Fayetteville, he was the son of the late Oscar and Margaretta Richards Cline.

Mr. Cline was a self-employed heavy equipment mechanic.

He drove his own car at the Prosperity Race Track and he was an avid NASCAR fan.

Surviving: his wife, Diann Cline; sons, Richard (Joetta) Cline Jr. of Oak Hill and Jeffery (Angie) Cline of Fayetteville; daughter, Kimberly Cline of Fayetteville; sisters, Margaret Hambrick of Columbus, Ohio, Beatrice Burnett and Judy Gwilym, both of Rushville, Ohio, and Tilly Fetheroff of Branson, Fla.

Funeral services was held April 15 at Dodd-Payne-Hess Funeral Home, Fayetteville, with Pastor Paul Basham officiating. Burial followed at Huse Memorial Park, Fayetteville.

Roy Lee Duncan

Roy Lee Duncan, 85, of Oak Hill, died April 8, 2013, at Arbors Nursing Home in Gallipolis, Ohio.

Born July 22, 1927, at Oak Hill, he was the son of the late C.W. “Doc” and Viola Blake Duncan.

Roy was a retired coal miner.

He was a former Oak Hill police officer, former member of the Oak Hill Volunteer Fire Department and a member of the UMWA.

He was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran.

Surviving: a sister, Emma Duncan, and numerous cousins.

Graveside rites and committal service, followed by burial, were April 12 at High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill, with Rev. Shirley Watson officiating.

Rita Kay Fagg

Rita Kay Fagg, 65, of Danese, died April 10, 2013.

The family received friends April 13 at High Lawn Funeral Home Chapel, followed by a graveside service at High Lawn Memorial Park.
