Wilda Cole Bragg
Wilda Cole Bragg, 93, of Ansted, died Feb. 5, 2013, while surrounded by her family.
Born Sept. 23, 1919, at Sugar Creek, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Bina Cole. She also was preceded in death by her late husband, E.R. “Shorty” Bragg; son, Cordell Bragg; and brothers, Otha, Woodrow and Magee Cole.
She was a longtime member of Ansted Baptist Church, a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving: her daughters, Rita Phillips, Diana Withrow, Penny Cummins and son-in-law, David; 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service was Feb. 9, at Ansted Baptist Church, with Pastor Jack Eades officiating. Burial followed at Restlawn Memory Gardens in Victor.

Vivian Annette ‘Skook’ Richardson Coffman
Vivian Annette “Skook” Richardson Coffman, 60, of Hilltop, died Feb. 6, 2013, at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill.
Born Nov. 9, 1952, at Madison, she was the daughter of the late Thomas W. and Virginia Bowles Richardson. A sister, Wilma “Cookie” Swaggerty, and a granddaughter, Tiffany Annette Anderson, also preceded her in death.
Vivian was a retired physical therapist for Plateau Medical Center.
She was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving: her husband, Mack Edward Coffman; son, Gregory A. Coffman and wife Lori of Hilltop; daughters, Carrie Tucker and husband Michael of Oak Hill, and Renea Anderson and husband Jack of Cleveland, Tenn.; brother, Sam Richardson of Oak Hill; sisters, Jetta Mahood of Oak Hill, Liz Wills of Beckley and Connie Trimble of Oak Hill; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Feb. 10 at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill, with Rev. Ronnie Persinger officiating. Burial was at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill.
