Robert “Bill” Beverly, 91, of Rural Hall, N.C., died May 7, 2012 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice House.
A private interment was held May 9 at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill.

Hunter Lee Boggs
Hunter Lee Boggs, 82, of 4-H Lake Road, Daniels, died May 8, 2012, at his home following a long illness.
Born Nov. 28, 1929, in Ivydale, he was the son of the late Eugene Boggs and Christine Sirk Boggs.
Hunter had several occupations in his life, but was a devoted state park superintendent at Hawks Nest and Grandview State Parks with 31 years of service. He spent five years as a maintenance supervisor for the New River Gorge National Park, retiring in 1995.
He was a member of the Grandview Christian Church.
Surviving: his wife, Vera “Tubby” Perrine Boggs of Daniels; his children, Mike Boggs and his wife, Wylene, of Macon, Ga., Pam Phipps and her husband, Jerry, of Lebanon, Ohio, Toni Lee and her husband, Dr. Gary Lee, of Ponte Verde Beach, Fla., Greg Boggs and his wife, Joni, of Stuart, Fla.; grandsons, Andy and Meagan Boggs of Franklin, Tenn., Justin and Erin Boggs of Marietta, Ga., Steven Boggs of Macon, Ga., and Zack Lee of Gainesville, Fla.; granddaughters, Whitney and Justin Fantozzi of Huron, Ohio, Holley Ann Phipps of Cincinnati, Ohio, Ali Boggs of New York City, N.Y., Annie Boggs of Gainesville, Fla., and Sydney Lee of Ponte Verde Beach, Fla.; and precious great-granddaughters, Isabella, Marilena, and Lucia Fantozzi, of Huron, Ohio; brothers, Bob Boggs and his wife, Ruth, of Elkview, and Donald “Todd” Boggs and his wife, Vera Lou, of Nitro; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Hunter Boggs were May 11 at the Grandview Christian Church with Pastor Terry Newton, Oscar Schwitzerlette, and Jordan Legg officiating. Burial followed at the Boggs Cemetery at Big Otter in Clay County.
Donations may be made in Hunter’s name to the Grandview Christian Church or to Hospice of Southern WV, P.O. Box 1472, Beckley, WV.
