The John A. Flournoy Youth Basketball League will hold a golf tournament fundraiser on Aug. 11 beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Bridge Haven Golf Club.
It will be a four-man scramble format with a shotgun start.
Entry fee is $200 per team.
Lunch will be provided at the course.
Participants can win a new car courtesy of King Coal Chevrolet by hitting a hole-in-one. There will be numerous other prizes.
Hole sponsorships are available for $100.
The net proceeds will benefit the various programs of the basketball league.

Free golf lessons are being offered once again this season at Hawk Nest Golf Course.
Lessons for children ages 7 to 12 are held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesdays, and lessons for children 13 to 17 are from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursdays.
