Host Shady exploded for four runs in the fourth inning and rolled to the baseball win Thursday.

Adam Carr led the Tigers with a double and two RBIs. Winning pitcher Franklin Buckner also doubled, and Jacob Childers drove in two runs.

Ray Sullivan homered and had two RBIs for Oak Hill. Ricky Epperly chipped in two hits.

Raeshawn Breckenridge and Joseph Eckert had two hits apiece and McGinnis had one for the Greyhounds.

The Renegades rallied to tie the score in the bottom of the sixth inning, then Ashton Lester drove in the winning run in the bottom of the eighth for Westside’s sixth straight win Thursday.

Cassadee Blankenship picked up her ninth win from the mound, smacked a triple and drove in one run. Taylor Grimmett added three hits and Stephanie Brown had two hits for Westside.

Kaitlyn Sisler had two hits for the Pirates, while Ashley Gilkerson, Morgan Funk and Chelby Dorsey each drove in one run.

Buffalo’s Nick Gunter went 2-for-4 with a triple and an RBI.

Morgan Harrah surrendered just one hit on the mound and had four hits and two RBIs to lead Oak Hill past Midland Trail Wednesday.

Tif’fanny Gray added three hits and Faith Carr had two hits and two RBIs for the Red Devils (4-4).

Savannah Skaggs was 1-for-3 for the Patriots.
