Zac Warden added 20 points for Valley (8-1). Henry Barron-Houchins shut down Buffalo’s leading scorer Joseph Goode, holding him to seven points.

John Hodges scored nine for the Bison.

Valley, the South’s No. 1 seed, hosts Doddridge County Friday in the opening round of the boys West Virginia Hometown Invitational Tournament.
