In a hard-fought game by both teams, the once-beaten Pirate girls gained enough of an edge in the second and fourth quarters to secure the triumph.

Kendall Malay tallied 14 points for Fayetteville. Others in the scoring column were: Hannah Franklin, 4; Caroline Fenton, 3; Faith Norris, 2; Savannah Kincaid, 2; and Amaya Grant, 2.

Meadow Bridge scorers were: Micah Farr, 6; Sheyla Harless, 4; Shaely Redden, 4; Taylor Smith, 3; Makayla Church, 2; and Shauna Harless, 2.
