Little Devils claim two more wins

OAK HILL — Collins Middle School claimed two more wins on the soccer pitch last week.

On Wednesday, the Little Devils posted a 5-1 decision over visiting Shady Spring on a night during which the eighth-graders and their parents were recognized in a special ceremony.

Mackenzie Miller and Tanner Harris had two goals each to pace Collins, and teammate Ethan Alderman supplied the other score.

Brooke Daniels had an assist.

In the junior varsity game, Collins won 3-1. River Terry had two goals and Ian Donelow had one goal. Jason Manns recorded an assist.

On Oct. 7, CMS earned a 5-1 triumph over Ansted.

Miller, Daniels, Ian McDonald and Jacob Logan netted a goal apiece, and Ansted had an own goal.

Dylan Massey and Alderman each had an assist.
