On Saturday, Nov. 3, the John A. Flournoy Youth Basketball League will host a free basketball clinic from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Midland Trail High School in Hico.
Registration for the clinic begins at 10 a.m. The clinic is open to boys and girls ages 5-18.
Also, anyone wishing to sign up for the league season can do so between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3.
The league registration fee is $20 for the first child and $15 for each additional child. The fee should be paid on the day of registration. Registration forms are also available online at www.leaguelineup.com/johnflournoyleague.

The Joe Aiello Memorial Basketball League will hold basketball and cheerleading sign-ups starting Saturday, Nov. 3 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Collins Middle School. They will also be held on the following Saturday, Nov. 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The last day to register will be Saturday, Nov. 17 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at CMS.
Please bring a birth certificate if you haven’t participated in Joe Aiello before.
Coaches’ applications will also be done on those days.

The W.Va. Rapids Soccer Club will hold sign-ups on Nov. 6 in the Holcomb Building at the YMCA Paul Cline Memorial Youth Sports Complex for winter and spring soccer.
Sign-ups will be for all age groups from U-8 through U-19.
