MONTGOMERY — The Office of Student Support Services at WVU Institute of Technology will conduct a five-year commemoration service in remembrance of the tragedies our country faced on Sept. 11, 2001.

The ceremony will begin promptly at noon on Sept. 11 on the WVU Tech Mall (located in front of Old Main) on the Montgomery campus, with musical selections and remarks by various individuals including keynote speaker, Rev. Dr. Jack Miller, chaplain for the 130th Airwing of the West Virginia Air National Guard and pastor of West Ripley Baptist Church.

In case of rain, the event will be moved to the lower lobby of the Tech Center (building adjacent to Old Main).

Please plan to attend this event to remember all the victims, families, and friends who were affected by 9/11.

For more information about the planned events, please contact the Office of Student Support Services at 304-442-3477.
